This is an extremely well-organised and professionally led gym, the best I have ever used in my life! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the gym is not to big where you feel like a number, the equipment is amazing and the gym looks very clean all the time. The classes are small so your instructor can take the time to ensure you understand and practice each move correctly. They also tailor the exercises to everyone’s skill level and injuries. The studio is also really nice and the music is great.
